Staff are very helpful suggesting places we could dine and how to go around.
The airconditioner wasn't working well. The room was on the 3rd floor and they didnt had elevator, we had to carry our luggages. The shower wasn't in good condition.

Hotel Eur-nope
Reception didn’t point us to our room, balcony was locked like a prison cell, terrible smell of varnish and chemical paint inside the room, bathroom door handle broken off and didn’t close or lock, bed seemed dirty and was hard, bathroom floor didn’t drain well, no extra lock for safety on room door, no rubbish bins, scruffy towels that have no purpose of drying you and no proper duvet or blankets on the bed

Comfort room ,shower and basin were not working properly. Once I notified reception they repaired as best as possible. The refrigerator was not working. Not that I needed it. But would have been nice if It was.

Glad to be out of there.
The staff were incredibly friendly and tried hard to meet my needs. It was sad that my view dissappointed them because I have shared my views of the place with them already.
The hotel is different in appearance to how it is advertised on Agoda. On Agoda it looks fresh and inviting. In reality it is grubby to look at and very old in appearance. It doesn't look fresh in the slightest. I felt uncomfortable to lay on the bed or sit on the sofa. I was glad to only be there for only a few hours. The wifi would not work in my room.
